Tower Metalworking Fluids, Chicago, IL, a manufacturer of lubricants, cutting and grinding fluids, and corrosion inhibitors, announced the addition of two customer-service specialists, Linda Nagel and Marilyn Melone, and a production-blending coordinator, Dave Obrzut

Stewart EFI, Thomaston, CT, a manufacturer of metal-stamped components and assemblies, announced the appointment of Mike Morrissey to company COO. Morrissey will have direct charge over Stewart EFI’s operations, financials, and sales and marketing departments. 

Business-management software and services provider ECI Software Solutions, Fort Worth, TX, announced the appointments of Glenn Kimball as chief information officer and David Collyer as senior vice president of global customer experience. Kimball will lead the delivery of cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) programs, cybersecurity and corporate IT operations. Collyer will direct customer services, overseeing support, training and implementation teams. Kimball and Collyer both will work out of ECi’s headquarters in Fort Worth.

Anchor Manufacturing Group, Inc., Cleveland, OH, announced Tony Parente as its president and COO. Parente is expected to use his automotive metalforming-industry experience to help Anchor grow sales of parts and assemblies in the areas of high-strength aluminum, decorative trim, safety-critical/steering columns and exhaust systems. 

Tenere, Inc., Dresser, WI, a provider of complex metal and plastic components and assemblies, named Brian Steel as its new chief executive officer. Steel most recently served as vice president of global sales and marketing at Tenere.
