Carr Lane Roemheld, Ellisville, MO, announced the retirement of general manager Max Saunders, and the hiring of Jason Betz as president. Betz formerly worked for the company as an engineer. The firm manufactures hydraulic clamping and quick-tool-change equipment under the Swiftsure and Hilma brand names.

LVD Strippit, Akron, NY, named Dean Arneson sales engineer, responsible for the sale of the firm’s products in Minnesota, North and South Dakota and northern Iowa. LVD manufactures laser-cutting systems, punch presses, press brakes and more.

Eriez, Erie, PA, appointed John Blicha marketing communications manager, to oversee its website and promotional activities including advertising, public relations, social media and tradeshow exhibits. The firm manufactures magnetic lift and separation equipment, conveyors and other products.

Die-design software developer Cimatron Ltd., Novi, MI, has expanded its North American technical-support team, adding two experienced toolmakers to its ranks: Michael Taiariol and Danny Schellenberger.

The IFH Group, Rock Falls, IL, named Keith Ellefsen president. The firm manufactures custom-fabricated oil reservoirs, fuel tanks and fluid storage and dispensing systems.

Mayfran International, Inc., Cleveland, OH, appointed Jeremy Halford president, responsible for operations in North and South America. The firm manufactures scrap- and material-handling equipment, and coolant-management equipment.

German press manufacturer Siempelkamp has added a new managing director to its management team—Dr.-Ing. Joachim Martin. He’ll help oversee the company’s sheetmetal-forming division, and join the management team of W. Strothmann GmbH.

ATW Companies Inc., Warwick, RI, appointed Tracy MacNeal corporate director of business development. She’ll oversee development of the firm’s sales and marketing strategies, and provide support to operations and engineering. ATW Group companies provide a range of fabrication technologies for manufacture of precision tubing and fabricated-metal components.

Gibbs Wire & Steel Co., Inc., Southington, CT, added Tom Nichols to its sales team. He’ll be headquartered in the Chicago area, to oversee strip sales throughout the Midwest.
