We have an application where we need to cut condut. The conduit o.d. is 9.0 +0.05 -0.15 mm AND THE i.d. is 3.5 mm. Our production line speed is 15 meters per minute and te cut lengths range between 500 mm to 3000 mm. The cut tolerance is +/- 1 mm. The cut edge should be perpendicular to the axial centerline +/- 3 degrees, and free of burrs. We would like a minimum of 5000 cuts before changing the blade. If you can give me a rough estimate of the cost for such a saw it would be appreciated. Mike Jusick Product Development Manager Kongsberg Automotive - Driveline division Novi Michigan
