SMX Industrial Solutions, Littleton, CO, an Emko Capital portfolio company, has acquired Preston Eastin, Tulsa, OK, a manufacturer of robotic and welding positioning systems. The addition of Preston Eastin's lineup of positioning equipment to SMX’s existing offerings—through Steelmax Tools and Scotchman Industries—provides metal fabricators with an expanded suite of solutions to meet diverse industrial needs. Preston Eastin's operations will continue to be led by Gary Gamino, ensuring a seamless transition for employees and customers.
