Houston to Welcome Huge Materials-Testing Lab for Oil/Gas Industry

Amsterdam-based Element Materials Technology announced plans to relocate its Houston materials-testing laboratory to a new 5.3-acre site. The new 40,000-sq.-ft. main building will house core testing capabilities including advanced fracture mechanics and sour-service corrosion testing; a second 15,000-sq.-ft. building will be dedicated to nondestructive testing.
