Metalformer Introduces 24-Hr. Prototyping Service

Bermo Inc., Minneapolis, MN, has launched 24-hr. prototyping in response to customers’ needs for quick and accurate parts built within a just-in-time environment, according to company officials. In introducing the service, the company has provided a simple pricing and ordering method where users can choose from a three-tier structure, depending on the operations required.
Bermo, a privately owned and operated manufacturer founded in 1947, specializes in metal fabricating, stamping, welding and assembly. Its 300,000-sq.-ft. facility operates three shifts, five days per week, and staffs more than 250 employees.

ATI Industrial Automation Opens Mexico Office

ATI Industrial Automation, Apex, NC, recently opened an office in Queretaro, Mexico, housings sales, customer service and training departments, along with areas for spare parts and product demonstrations.
The company develops robotic peripheral equipment, including automatic tool changers, multi-axis force/torque-sensing systems, utility couplers, robotic deburring tools, robotic collision sensors and compliance devices.,
“We strategically positioned the office in Queretaro to provide service and sales support to our expanding customer base throughout Mexico for robotic end-effector products,” explains Evan Haley, director of international sales and business development.
