Automated Handling: Laser-Focused on Throughput

To meet rising demand for fabricated-metal products, Fab Metals, an Ohio fabricator, purchased a 6-kW fiber laser in 2017, and three months later brought in another, an 8-kW model. Backed by state-of-the-art automated material handling, the laser cutters are keeping Fab Metals ahead of hungry customers.
