Nidec Acquires Automatic Feed Co., Lasercoil and Automatic Leasing |
Nidec
Corp. announced that it has acquired full ownership of privately owned
Automatic Feed Co., Lasercoil Technologies LLC and Automatic Leasing Co.
Together, the three companies become a consolidated subsidiary of
Nidec, with headquarters in Napoleon, OH. Automatic Feed designs and
manufactures coil-processing machinery and systems, providing automotive
OEMs and Tier-One suppliers with automated, high-speed blanking,
cut-to-length, and laser blanking lines for surface-critical
applications. |
