(ASPC), Grand Haven, MI, have formed a strategic alliance designed to enable both companies to leverage each other’s product strengths. GRS&S specializes in progressive and transfer stamping, and value-added assembly and welding. APSC specializes in four-slide and spring products, and manufactures springs, wire forms, stampings and washers.
