Metal-Cabinet Manufacturer Welcomes 800-Ton Schuler Servo Press

Swiss OEM Fulterer AG, a manufacturer of cabinet drawers and accessories for the catering, commercial-vehicle and various other industries, has taken delivery of an 800-ton Schuler Triton servo press, featuring a tie-rod design with a bed measuring 4.60 by 2 m. Also included: an electronic, dynamic three-axis transfer system, and Schuler’s Ecoform energy-management package. 

The manufacturer, with production sites in Lustenau, Austria, and in neighboring St. Margrethen, Switzerland, also invested in Schuler’s DigiSim simulation software that enables virtual clearance analysis and stroke-rate optimization.
