Aida-America Promotes Several Employees

Aida-America, Dayton, OH, congratulates several recently promoted employees. The firm promoted Sean Davis to assistant technical manager for service, having previously served as field tech for service and as a customer service leader. He’ll now work to ensure overall customer satisfaction with Aida-America’s service department and be responsible for all technical training for service department team members.
The firm also promoted Craig White to assistant administrative manager for service, having joined customer service department in October of 2015. White previously served as interpreter/translator for service, and service leader. In his new role, he ensures overall customer satisfaction with Aida-America’s service department and is responsible for all safety training for service department team members.
And, Drew Faulkner has been promoted to manufacturing engineer in the manufacturing department. Faulkner joined Aida-America in May of 2012 as a project manager and has since also served as QDC engineer and mechanical engineer. Now, he assumed responsibility for promoting continuous process improvement and development of manufacturing processes, and also will assist manufacturing with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of in-process issues to minimize manufacturing downtime and improve efficiency.
