Nidec Minster Acquires Vamco International

Press builder Nidec Minster Corp., Minster, OH, has announced the acquisition of Vamco International, Inc., Pittsburgh, PA, a manufacturer of high-speed feeds. Vamco’s executive corps will continue to lead the product brand locally from Pittsburgh, and manufacturing also will continue from this facility.
