Midwest Press and Automation to Expand Manufacturing Operations

Midwest Press and Automation announced plans to expand its operations in Delta Township, MI. The approximately $4 million project, expected to create 15 jobs, includes an additional 27,000 sq. ft. of assembly and machining space. The firm supplies stamping presses, feed-line equipment, robots and other automation equipment, and much more. The expansion project is being supported by a $202,500 Michigan Business Development Program performance-based grant. In addition, Delta Township is providing support through the anticipated approval of a real property-tax abatement with a State Education Tax abatement from the Michigan Economic Development Corp.
