Standard: 24-hr. Production Tracking

Cieco Inc., Clinton, PA, announces that its Automator II press-Automation controller now comes standard with a basic production-tracking system. This new feature enables the controller to track the last 24 hr. of production occurrences, including press faults that have stopped the press from running.

A 24-hr. graph shows real-time production with actual number of parts produced, parts per minute and average parts per minute. The graph shows up- and downtime with time-stamped press faults at downtimes. These are put into a fault history for viewing at a later date. Customers that wish to create reports can download information to a PC using the CieconetII optional software, or can use the standard USB port on the operator interface to store the data on a USB disc without any optional software required.
