Kaeser Compressors’ i.Comp Series: Compact, Quiet and Energy-Efficient
August 10, 2023Comments
Kaeser Compressors, Fredericksburg, VA, a manufacturer of energy-efficient compressed-air equipment, has introduced the i.Comp 8 and 9 oilless compressor series, available in two sizes and three configurations—G, Tower and Tower T. The two-cylinder, single-stage compressors deliver oil-free air at up to 160 psi and 20 ft.3/min., and boast a
direct-drive motor and oilless design that practically eliminates all routine
service. And their roto-molded, corrosion and impact-resistant polyethylene
enclosure provides easy access to maintenance points, protects internal
components and limits sound levels to 65 dBA.
Pressures can be precisely adjusted to each application's specific needs with the proven Sigma Control 2 controller. The Tower configurations include a receiver and drain trap, while Tower T configurations include a refrigerated dryer.
