Piab Introduces piClassic Neo Next-Gen Vacuum Pump

At Automate, Piab unveiled its piClassic Neo vacuum pump, boasting a new multi-stage Coax ejector design, and energy-saving functions. Use the pump for a variety of vacuum-suction applications.

The air-driven vacuum pump is available in two variants: piClassic Neo, the standard variant, with all ports accessible from one side; and piClassic Neo Inline with the exhaust direction opposite the vacuum port, enabling flush mounting directly on profiles. The Inline design is particularly suitable for end-of-arm-tooling and robotic applications, simplifying equipment integration.

Beyond the pump design itself, energy efficiency is at the core of piClassic Neo, we learned during a booth visit at Automate. With optional energy saving functions, metal formers can minimize air consumption and reduce operating costs. This ensures a more efficient and responsible approach to vacuum solutions when handling either leaking or sealed materials.
