Representatives of Jarvis Cutting Tools are on hand to discuss why Jarvis taps are used extensively; 75 percent of all oil-filter plates are tapped with a Jarvis tool, according to company officials.
Working directly with machine builders to design exclusive high-performance taps, the company has developed a number of technologies that address current and future production requirements. One example: tooling specifically for an advanced high-strength steel application is at the booth.
