Zeda, Inc. (formerly PrinterPrezz, Inc.), a provider of additive manufacturing (AM) and nanotechnology products and services for the medical, defense and aerospace industries, has appointed Geoffrey Doyle chief investment officer. In this role, Doyle, previously a founding advisor to the company, will help drive Zeda’s international expansion plans and investment strategies.
Doyle brings extensive experience helping founders execute more effectively and create value for their investors. He has held senior roles at various companies, including Jabil, Inc., where he primarily led its metal-AM strategy across all divisions. Doyle joined Zeda from Uniformity Labs, an engineered metal materials company.
“Zeda not only is at the forefront of bringing life-changing medical-device advancements, but also has exceptional manufacturing capabilities acquired from Vertex Manufacturing in the aerospace and defense industries,” Doyle says. “I have always believed that there are significant opportunities to combine AM and semiconductor technologies to reduce costs and improve outcomes.”
