Aida-America will demonstrate advanced servo-press technology, including the new DSF C1 A direct-drive gap-frame model, showcasing its exclusive Allen-Bradley control. The advanced servo press will be blanking parts using AIDA’s silent blanking servo-motion profile. Also in the booth will be a DSF N2 3000, a 300-ton two-point straightside servo press, as part of a production line blanking near-fine parts with a 90-percent-plus burnished surface. AIDA DSF Series servo-press accuracy and programmability transitions near-fine parts from a high-cost, labor-intensive machining process to a more economical stamping process.
