PMA Chair Gregg Boucher Urges Manufacturers to Become More Sophisticated, in Equipment and Personnel, E721

Gregg Boucher, Group Chief Operating Officer of Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, has risen to the top through unwavering commitment and strategic acumen. He is the 2024 PMA Board Chairman.

Boucher joined Ulbrich in 1986 as a Field Sales Representative. In just three years, he became General Manager of the firm’s west coast service center. Next, he helped lead Ulbrich's push into the Asian markets, where the firm currently has a sales office in Shanghai, China.

Eventually, Gregg returned to the corporate headquarters as President of Distribution, overseeing Ulbrich’s group of service centers. Now, since September 2022, Gregg has been leading the planning and development of Ulbrich's strip and service center operational objectives and initiatives as Group COO.
