Bazz Houston Adds Fabrication Capabilities

Bazz Houston, Garden Grove, CA, has expanded its manufacturing operations through the acquisition of FTB & Son, a metal-fabrication specialist. Subsequent to the purchase, Skip Brown, founder of FTB & Son, was appointed vice president of metal fabrication, and Brent Clawson was appointed general manager. All former FTB & Son manufacturing personnel now are part of the Precision Metal Fabrication Division of Bazz Houston.
Bazz Houston, with manufacturing facilities in the United States and Mexico, specializes in progressive-die stamping, fourslide production, CNC wire forming, spring manufacturing, low-cost assembly, and die/tooling design and manufacture. This most recent acquisition brings Bazz Houston’s overall manufacturing footprint to 140,000 sq. ft. with more than 170 employees.
