New Pneumatic Grippers for Transfer-Press Apps

Bilsing Automation, Clinton Township, MI, introduces its GT30 and GT40 families of pneumatic grippers for use in assembly and transfer-press applications. The GT30 single-jaw gripper offers a clamping force of 650 N and a piston diameter of 32 mm, while the GT40 has two dynamic jaws with 1000-N capacity and 40-mm-dia. piston. Both models offer quick opening and closing at 0.2 sec./cycle.

Bilsing offers the grippers in different styles, including the GTK series featuring a toggle mechanism and the GTW series with wide jaw clamping point. All styles offer numerous choices in clamp tips, jaw shapes, and choice of rear or lateral mount configuration.
