The True-Strip die-spring-actuated mechanical stripper for punches, from Moeller Manufacturing Co., Plymouth, MI, effectively and cleanly strips the workpiece to prolong tool life and avoid double hits or parts stacked in the die. The compact precision-machined device is interchangeable and fits directly onto industry-standard shoulder and ball-lock retainers with one screw, and complies with all NAAMS specifications.
This product can be used with a single-punch design or in custom multi-hole pierce-punch applications. Its robust design allows the stripper to be guided not only by the land of the steel can, but also by the head on the stripper. This dual-guided condition adds stability for side load.
