Lissmac will showcase several models of automated equipment
designed for deburring, edge-rounding and finishing. Machine features include
automatic wear compensation, barcode readers, simplicity of changing abrasives,
the ability to process multiple types of material, and a large working width
that allows for high-volume production.
Included at the booth is the introduction of the Kuhlmeyer EBSC single-belt grinding machine, designed for grinding welded edges, corners and surfaces of smaller components and in small lot sizes. Table size, 1500 by 500 mm; maximum workpiece weight, 30 kg. Thanks to simple replacement of the grinding belt, operators can quickly change the machine over from roughing to finishing processes.
