The Lincoln Electric Co., Cleveland, OH, has taken its “Are You Ready?” weld-fume-control awareness campaign to the next level by offering new resources to help U.S. fabricators comply with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations that take effect July 25, 2011.

Information presented in Phase 2.0 of the campaign helps fabricators understand the regulation details, requirements and compliance dates associated with the EPA National Emissions Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) regulation as it pertains to Metal Fabrication Hazardous Air Pollutants (MFHAPs). This includes background on the regulation, educational resources for manufacturers and fabricators, and information on available products that aid in weld-fume removal and control.
