New Metalforming-Training Lab to Open in Anoka, MN
June 1, 2009Comments The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) Twin Cities District in Minnesota has partnered with Anoka Technical College, Anoka, MN, to create a new metal-fabrication laboratory for training incumbent and prospective employees. The lab will be stocked with nearly $1 million worth of donated fabrication equipment, including an Amada press brake, laser cutting machine and turret punch press.
Anoka Technical College is putting the finishing touches on the lab to prepare it for the school’s fall semester. Tuition is discounted for PMA members in the Twin Cities area.
