Flow Helps to Turn Wounded Warriors into Certified Waterjet Operators
September 1, 2013CommentsFlow Intl., Kent, WA, via its partnership with Workshops for Warriors, announced that the first class of Flow-certified waterjet-cutting-system operators has completed a 2.5-day training course at the Workshops for Warriors facility in San Diego, CA. According to the organization’s website, 87 veterans have graduated from its programs with a 100-percent placement rate, and another 241 veterans are currently in training. In January 2013, Flow provided the facility with a Mach 2c waterjet-cutting system with Dynamic Waterjet taper control, HyPlex Prime 55,000-psi pump and FlowMaster intelligent control software.
