The Watermill Group, a private-investment firm, has announced the acquisition of Quality MetalCraft, Inc. (QMC). Based in Livonia, MI, QMC is a niche provider of engineered, metalformed assemblies, serving a range of transportation industries including automotive, aerospace and defense, heavy trucking, and construction. The company specializes in advanced prototyping, inhouse tooling, low- to medium-volume production and factory-assist services.
