The line, in most cases, provides drop-in replacements for other gas-spring providers, thus requiring no tooling modification while offering the same or better warranty along with longer life expectancy, according to company officials. Under proper operating conditions, Ready nitrogen-gas springs can last to 5 million strokes.

With the “Design-A-Spring” program, Ready can custom-manufacture gas springs to provide an exact cross to other gas spring models or to unique application specifications. The gas springs meet or exceed all European and North American design standards.
