The company will feature its two-axis, servo-driven, die-mounted transfer system and will display an operating model. The company also will spotlight parts out of dies, along with parts produced from other departments within the company including wire-EDM details, waterjet-cut parts and stereo-lithography plastic prototype parts. Progressive Tool has CNC-machining capabilities for spare die details and custom and production machining requirements. The company has purchased a new CNC bridge mill with 71 by 126 in. of travel, which expands its large-machining capabilities.
