Kland Aida Appointed President and COO of Aida-America

Takeshi Nakazawa, president and COO of Aida-America since April 1, 2019, has been transferred to Aida Engineering (M) in Malaysia and will serve as president. Taking over as president and COO of Aida-America is Kland Aida (pictured), who transferred to Aida-America in 2017. Kland Aida graduated from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio with an International Business degree and began his career with Aida in 2009 at the Aida Europe facility in Lecco, Italy, as a quality management and cost analysis team member. He has since held numerous positions at several Aida facilities, including press assembler at Aida Europe in Brescia; sales engineer, working with European stampers at Aida Europe; international sales at Aida Engineering in Japan; and director of international sales at Aida-America.
