HTM Sensors will show its Spotlight technology for identifying the inputs within a plant causing downtime. The technology shows on the HMI screen exactly where the input is found so that a solution can be deployed to replace the product, change the location, or increase protection of the input.

Spotlight is designed for use with robotic weld cells. The analytic software knows the cycle time of a good part, and if there is downtime because of a particular input. The amount of time and events count are traced to the input level for analysis and investigation.
