Calling All Users of CMMs, Industrial Scanners and Portable Metrology Systems

The Coordinate Metrology Society (CMS) has collaborated with the PrecisionPath Consortium (PPC) to launch a survey of the 3D measurement industry. Offered until August 31, 2020, the study, which promises confidentiality for all participants, aims to provide data so that the PPC can compile a State-of-the-Metrology Industry Report, to be released in the second half of 2020. The report will examine the principal factors affecting measurement professionals, including career requirements, technology use, workforce trends, job challenges and the anticipated support needed to move the industry forward.
