Balluff Launches New Online Customer-Support Capabilities

Balluff customer service and support has launched a new ticket system to boost its customer-service capabilities. Emails sent to now will be converted into tickets with unique IDs. Response emails will include the open ticket number in the subject line for easy identification, but the response effort will be the same, company officials say. This new system aims to improve tracking, collaboration and the overall customer-service experience.

Balluff manufactures sensors and systems for position measurement, identification, object detection and process-media monitoring, and a comprehensive portfolio for industrial image processing.
