HMS Products Joins the Aida Family

Aida-America, Dayton, OH, is pleased to welcome HMS Products Co., a provider of press-automation equipment, to the Aida Family. Kevin VanDenBrouck has been appointed COO of HMS. 

The two companies have a long history of working together on turnkey solutions, and the acquisition of HMS will act to further strengthen the partnership and benefit mutual customers looking for integrated stamping press system solutions. "Both companies are excited about the added value, as well as the additional expertise and collaboration opportunities this new alliance brings to our customers," says Kland Aida, president of AIDA-America

HMS will continue to operate from its Troy, MI headquarters, with its 60 associates remaining in place. It manufactures through-the-window and front-and-rear-mounted transfer systems, blank destackers, custom front- and end-of-line solutions, and transfer tooling.
