Oriimec will demonstrate a robotic transfer line with de-stacking system: three ORII press-to-press transfer robots, two presses and a stacking system. The RHQ transfer robot uses two-axis, servo-driven technology to improve speeds and accuracy. Also, the RHQ robot will synchronize with the presses’ crank motion to maximize strokes-per-minute processing time. The transfer robot line will be showcased with Komatsu presses.
