Linear Pneumatic Table Slides for Machine Tending, Part Transfer

Destaco, Auburn Hills, MI, has expanded its gripping offerings for machine OEMs with the introduction of T110 linear pneumatic table slides, which complement the company’s G110 grippers. Together, they are ideal for high-speed machine part-transfer, pick-and-place and machine-tending applications, according to company officials.

The T110 table slides have an industry-standard footprint, allowing for drop-in replacement of competing products. Other features include 44 model configurations for machine-tending applications; stroke options ranging from 10 to 150 mm; smooth operation via a cross-rollerbearing system; and shock absorbers or rubber stops for fine end-of-stroke adjustment.

For slide integration into machines, bundled startup kits include sensors, stroke adjusters, shocks and stops necessary for installation.
