Toledo Integrated Systems, offering an array of press control packages, exhibits the Maximizer TLC (Total Line Control), a complete package that provides integrated control of the press and coil-feed line. The Maximizer TLC helps metal stampers increase productivity and better manage production processes by reducing downtime, and immediately alerting personnel if a critical production variance occurs in the press or coil-feed line. 

The Maximizer TLC package provides added flexibility and efficiency for operators, supervisors and managers by integrating multiple press and feed operations and control functions into a single rugged  and easy-to-use system. This allows the user to monitor and control almost any device connected to the entire press line. The TLC includes the following standard press-automation functions: tonnage monitoring, die protection, programable limit switches, brake monitoring, automatic shut-height control, automatic counterbalance control, counters, job memory, and servo feeder, straightener and uncoiler control.
