Service Center Adds Heavy-Gauge Slitter

CommentsTCT Stainless Steel, Inc., Lebanon, TN, has commissioned a new 64-in.-wide heavy-gauge (0.035 to 0.3125 in.) Emag slitter. The machine can handle coils to 40,000 lb. and 72-in. OD, and includes an Alcos eight-position carousel packing line. The new slitter joins the firm’s 20-in. Stanat light-gauge slitter commissioned late in 2012.
