Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals Appoints Jon Ulbrich CEO

Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, North Haven, CT, has announced that after 47 yr. of extraordinary service, Chris Ulbrich will step down as chief executive officer (CEO) and assume a full-time position as chairman of the board of directors. Effective January 1, 2025, Jon Ulbrich has been appointed CEO of the firm, having previously served as president of Ulbrich’s Service Center Group. 

“Ensuring a smooth leadership transition has been a top priority, and we are confident this change will support Ulbrich’s continued growth for generations to come,” says Chris Ulbrich. “The art of transitioning a privately-owned business is critical to its long-term success, and Jon is the right leader to carry Ulbrich forward.”
