ERP Release Features Enhanced Business-Intelligence Tools

eCommerce Industries, Inc. (ECi), Fort Worth, TX, has released version 8.0 of ECi M1, its premier ERP solution for small- to midsized discrete manufacturers. The release features new dashboards and business-intelligence tools to help managers make well-informed business decisions, reduce operating costs and minimize delivery cycles, say company officials.

In ECi M1 v8.0, the dashboards have been made more intuitive, and the integration of business-intelligence tools gives users added insight into internal performance as well as customer-buying habits. The addition of Google Maps, in particular, allows users to view distribution of sales by location; new Design Studio wizards make it easier to design and deliver customized products in response to demand; and improved functionality has been added to ECi M1’s admin console and security suite.
