Accuride to Implement ERP Financial and Supply-Chain Applications in 2015

Accuride Corp., a supplier of wheel-end system solutions to the OEM and aftermarket segments of the North American commercial-vehicle industry, has adopted Plex Enterprise Edition Financials and Supply Chain enterprise-resource-planning (ERP) applications, and plans to add them to five of its facilities in 2015. That would place Plex Enterprise at all nine of the Evansville, IN-based company’s facilities.

The Plex Enterprise applications will enable Accuride to centralize many financial and supply-chain controls to deliver greater visibility and consistency of management data across multiple facilities, according to company officials. They expect that this view of inventory, orders, payables and purchasing will improve customer service and collaboration with suppliers, and enable Accuride to manage its operations more efficiently.
