Okay Industries Promotes Danielle Koonz to Strategic Accounts Manager

Okay Industries, Inc., New Britain, CT, a contract manufacturer of components and subassemblies for global medical-device manufacturers, has promoted Danielle Koonz to strategic accounts manager. Koonz will manage the firm’s strategic account specialist team, identify and cultivate new company talent, conduct on-going training, and execute projects to improve sales and customer experience. A member of the Okay team since 2012, she most recently served as sales coordinator.
A catalyst for sales process-improvement initiatives, Koonz is an active member of the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. She is a member of the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Connecticut Chapter and completed WiM’s national leadership training.
