Clips & Clamps Industries Announces Executive Management Changes

Clips & Clamps Industries (CCI), Plymouth, MI, a provider of metal stamping, wire forming, slide forming and value-added services, has announced executive-management changes designed to bolster the company's leadership and drive future growth.
The firm promoted Craig Rice to director of engineering, recognizing his experience in the metal forming and automotive industries and his proven track record in engineering excellence. Rice began his career at CCI in 1994 as a part-time assembly operator. Melvin Turner has been promoted to director of operations. His CCI career began 9 yr. ago as a die setter. Mike Fasano has been appointed director of sales.
And, Tara Aznavorian has been promoted to executive director and general manager, representing the 3rd generation of female leadership at CCI. She expects to lead an accountable and empowered workforce and be instrumental in guiding CCI towards new heights of success.
