Report Maps Future Trends in Tribology and Lubricants

The 70-page report builds on STLE’s multiphase research effort to evaluate current trends, and predicts future developments impacting the field of tribology and lubrication engineering. The report summarizes key findings on trends in transportation, energy, manufacturing and medical/health, while also touching on issues including the workforce, research funding, material costs and availability, safety, the environment and basic human needs, and government regulations.
