Houghton International Acquires Ohio Fluid Manufacturer

Houghton International Inc., Valley Forge, PA, has acquired Wallover Enterprises, a Strongsville, OH, metalworking-fluid and industrial-lubricant manufacturer. Wallover produces and sells fluid products into industrial end markets throughout the United States and Canada, and provides technical and applications expertise in electrical-discharge-machining fluids and stainless-steel cold-rolling oils. The company’s specialty-fluid products, sales teams and technology resources will complement and expand Houghton’s fluid solutions for customers in North America.
