Fuchs Opens New Plant in Chicago

Lubricant manufacturer Fuchs Petrolub SE, with U.S. headquarters in Harvey, IL, announced the opening of a new $26 million grease-manufacturing plant, research laboratory and warehouse located near Chicago’s South Side.

The 34,000-sq.-ft. factory will serve the automotive, heavy-duty truck, construction, rail and off-road markets in North America, while the site’s technical services laboratory will be used for testing existing products and developing new ones.
