PTM Corporation has been producing metal stampings since 1972.
PTM Corporation has been producing metal stampings since 1972. Our expertise and experience are wide-ranging, to include detail part design, large and small prototypes, tool build, and high-volume production. Over the course of five decades, PTM has produced billions of metal stampings for our clients. From small clips and fasteners to Class A stampings, closures, and complex structured assemblies, we’ve done it all!
With more than 350,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space across seven plants, we are set up to tackle nearly any engineering challenge from prototype to mass production. We can help you in every phase of the manufacturing process. With our design and build team, we use our experience and modern CAD software to design and build tools, fixtures and products.
Once our tooling group completes the tooling, whether it be for prototype or mass production, we can move right into manufacturing with our progressive, transfer, fourslide or prototype presses that range to 2000 tons. We’re currently shipping more than1.5 million parts/week and can handle almost any project you might have.
We understand any metal stamping manufacturer can produce parts for you. However, by allowing PTM to design, prototype, build, and then produce your parts, we eliminate multiple vendors, cut out unnecessary steps in your supply chain, and most importantly improve production time. Bundling services also allows us to maximize our internal cross-functional relationships and provide you with a one-stop source for the most cost-saving solutions.
The best part is that we do it all in-house! Let us quote your next project! Whether you purchase our services a la carte or as a turnkey bundled program, we’re confident we can earn your business.
