Coe Ships Coil Line to Broan-Nutone Mexico
October 26, 2022CommentsCoe Press Equipment, Sterling Heights, MI, has shipped and installed a 36-in. coil-processing line to Broan-Nutone, Tecate, Mexico, a designer and builder of home-ventilation equipment. The line, which will feed a Seyi press, includes a Coe Series 3 servo roll feed, a Coe 250 power straightener and a 6000-lb.-capacity reel. It is designed to process galvanized steel at 50,000-lb./in.2 yield strength, from 8 to 32 in. wide and 0.019 to 0.022-in. thick, and can achieve a roll speed of 367 ft./min. with a feed accuracy of +/- 0.003 in. The Coe ServoMaster Touch controller provides a host of advanced features and easy integration with press controls, providing a complete control system with single-point entry for all job-specific parameters.
