LVD Strippit Opens Two More Customer-Support Centers

LVD Strippit, Akron, NY, has opened its Southeast Support Center located in Charlotte, NC, and its Southwest Support Center in Dallas, TX. The manufacturer of laser-cutting systems, punch presses, press brakes, guillotine shears and mid-level automation systems also operates support centers in the Midwest and Northeast United States.

The Southeast Support Center provides technical service, support and training for customers in the South Atlantic and East South Central states while the Southwest Support Center services and supports customers in the Southwestern/Central United States, including California, Nevada, Colorado and New Mexico. It will support customers in Mexico, providing technical support in Spanish.

The centers offer comprehensive service support, including spare parts, upgrades and retrofits, and commonly required components needed for emergency and scheduled repair and maintenance services will be stocked. Factory-trained service technicians provide response to onsite service requests as well as technical support by phone. The facilities also showcase a range of LVD Strippit sheetmetal fabrication equipment for customer-training and product-demonstration purposes.
